FLEXIBLE SYSTEM

KALEA CHILL SPI devices are factory equipped with the necessary pipelines and flow control valves, allowing for quick installation through multiplex connections. Thanks to the Inbox technology, the products do not need to be removed in case of maintenance or service, providing added convenience.

WASTE HEAT RECOVERY

The waste heat produced by the vertical cooling cabinets can be utilized for heating the storage area or other business sections. With the supplied pipelines on the vertical cooling cabinet, the waste heat can be directed to the external pump station and the condenser. This eliminates the need for a separate machinery room.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

The brilliant LED header lighting and shelf compartment lighting in four different colors (4000K, 5000K, 6500K, RT076 Red for meat) ensure optimal presentation of the products. It is worth highlighting the numerous customization options available, such as end glass walls, bumper design, interior fittings, and more. Since all products in the KALEA family (Chill & Freeze) feature a unified design, refrigerated and frozen devices can be installed side by side, creating a cohesive visual display.

FLEXIBLE SYSTEM
With its semi-plug-in installation, KALEA CHILL SPI is ready for immediate use. It impresses with optimal space efficiency, thanks to its slim design with depths of 75 and 90 cm. KALEA CHILL SPI is available as an inline unit, stand-alone unit, and head unit. Thanks to automatic defrosting (3-4 times a day), KALEA requires minimal maintenance. KALEA CHILL SPI features a condensate drain that connects to the onsite drainage.

ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE
KALEA CHILL SPI models operate with a hermetic and sealed refrigeration system, featuring the lowest leakage risk, and all units are VDE certified at the highest safety level. Additionally, they utilize the environmentally friendly and natural refrigerant propane (R290), making them particularly ecofriendly.

HIGH ENERGY SAVINGS
KALEA Chill SPI operates with a refrigeration circuit using less than 150g of R290. This makes KALEA Chill SPI particularly energy-efficient compared to conventional refrigerated display cases. Additionally, it enables automatic defrosting in all temperature ranges.

COMPATIBLE MIT AMS
With our Active Monitoring System (AMS), we detect issues before you notice them. The AMS is a crucial add-on for all AHT products, significantly facilitating store management and monitoring of AHT refrigeration devices. Our devices are also compatible with other systems.
